hmm, i am looking forward to work tomorrow!! although work has been really stress now with so many people leaving so suddenly. but i am still looking forward for tomorrow!!!

my mon cherie would be back!!!!! hee....... 8D.

yesterday went to Kelly's wedding. very lost as I receive the invitation but there wasnt my name on the guest list!!!!! in my mind i was thinking, WTFish?!!?! Janet was so nice to say that kelly had spelled my name wrongly.

but anyway, didnt sit at where i was posted. sat with Eric they all. All the resignees are like freaking busy, walking around talking to almost everyone. HE was there too, a pity he didnt come in a shirt n jeans, if not sure damm cute! muahaha. 8X. .

WEnt to JB with bro and wendy today. Went to this shop which is illegal i guess. have to be brought in by their staff. n it isnt a shop on the surface i would say. but the interior is very comfortable. not those rundown shop. hee. kinda exciting as they have to carry walkie talkie n signal to the people inside before they can open the "door".

anyway, i still think HR is really pathetic and pitiful. and i come up with some reasons to back my say.

1) HR always have to be very careful with whatever they are saying. having to control what you can or cannot say even during very casual conversation is like so troublesome!!!

2) Like the NS personnels, it would be double penalty if the HR do something against the company policy.

3) HR must be role models. sigh. even reading of newspaper during lunch time would bring about glares and remarks like "wa!! hr so free... .can read newspaper somemore..."

4) HR have to communicate with EVERYONE whether or not he/she likes it or not.

5) HR cannot be too close with ANYONE except in the HR dept. If not, people would think you are bias against your friends or your boss will always have the phobia that you might leak out info whether purposely or accidentaly.

6) HR cannot be on bad terms with ANYONE in the company or else it would be very very hard to get them to follow "orders".

7) HR cannot be too close with ANYONE if not it would also be very very hard to get to follow "orders".

8) 90% of the people think its the stupid HR fault when system is being implement. ( the remaining 10% are the management who pass down the orders and the HR and VERY VERY FEW considerate ones) sigh. why cant they understand that when a system is being implemented to the whole company, HR is in it too!!!

9) Majority of the people thinks that HR is interesting job as all they have to do is some admin work and socializing only. Just FYI, HR includes anything which got to do with human and their well beings.

10) HR in my company is AKA maid, cleaners, runner, security guard, unwanted mother, bad customers, stupid useless people. one of my worse experience was i have to organize that 7th month thingy when i know nothing about it. have to walk to other factories in my heels to buy incense paper, make sure everyone got enough food to eat, WASH THE CHOPPER N CHOPBOARD while the cleaner stares at me as it's NOT HALAL! and get scoldings for not clearing the table after the 7th month. sigh...

11) whenever anyone leaves the company suddenly, many many would bomb our phone to ask about the reason. anyway, just FYI, it should be very obvious when one just leaves the company so suddenly right??? Termination/Dismissal what else?? A resignee would usually be delighted to leave the company and would announce before they leave lar....

12) HR very hard to have friends. cause you never know who really wants to be a friend or they are just trying to dig some news from you.

13) Friends of HR would sometimes ask to go by the "backdoor" and HR would be caught in a dilemma.

14) Nothing is good enough. always remember, what you dont get, HR would most probably not get it too.

15) HR always have to find alot of vendors dues to budget issues. why must we make our live so difficult if we can simply settle for something good but at a price?

16) it's really tought to be a professional HR as there are really too many tempting things out there. There's so many things HR can do out of greediness. e.g.g ammend petty cash. salary payout. undertable money.

17) HR have to terminate/retrench people. either way, it's tough especially if you are on good terms with them. it's tough even when u dont like the person.

18) HR are always facing danger due to unhappy terminated/dismissed/retrenched staff. or those who receive warning letters.

n probably lots lots more which i cant think of now as my brain is shutting down already.

so, everyone please dont think so badly of the HRs in your company, and cooperate with them ok?
