why do human always identify the mistake rather than praising people when they do the right things? seriously..... i think praise does help to motivate one and also, it really brighten up the day of others.

hmm.... this girl had been really sucky in terms of her working attitude seriously. although she had nw change, due to a final warning, well, at least it forces her to work better now, and reporting to work on time.... n even reporting to work on time when she had worked till very late the previous night. seriously....i feel like telling her..... jiayou!! u r doing better nw!! seriously, not as if u cannot work mah!!! just improve on the attitude.... dont have to scare of being terminated or not getting an increment lor. jiayou.....

n to my sis..... jiayou too!!!! n thanks for always buying cute lil things for me recently.... but hope u dont mind coz currently.... abit hard for me... 8(

just a question..... do i resemble pig? more n more people are telling me that when they see pigs.... it remind them of me. sigh....

anyway.... it's a really bad day @ work. really tired.... n bad things happen. sigh. old men but childish. sigh. but we use to be so good. but.... it makes me feel.... haiz.... sensitive insecure men who lose control. pathetic .
