My first fine dining.... with minty @ Sage Restaurant




forgotten to take pic of the complimentary starter and when we realise, it's finished! it's some orange jelly with mince meat(prok & sausages). that's the item in the shot glass. and the foccacia is also on the house item.




We each order a glass of wine. Minty's red wine.





and my dessert wine which taste too concentrated. alittle like sugar syrup with wine.


The appetizer. Escargots!!! but cant be seen here...


now u see it? anyway, the white colour thingy which i thought was some sour cream is in fact an egg!!!!! sour egg




Minty's main course. Beef Tenderloin with chestnut and cheese i think.



my main which is fettucine with cod fish in basil pesto sauce. made the wrong choice actually. coz the escargot is with basil pesto sauce too!










The dessert!!! Minty's choc souffle? i dont know how to spell it. the bake it on the spot! very nice!!

I chose the wrong one again~ haha. the white colour part should be some milky stuff. but the strawberry sherbet and strawberry are nice.
